Luận án đã xác định được vai trò của các thành tố cấu tạo âm tiết Tiếng Việt(âm đầu, âm chính, âm cuối, thanh điệu)trong việc tạo âm sắc (cao, trung, thấp) của âm tiết.Từ đó, đưa ra cách xác định âm sắc âm tiết và phân loại được 840 từ đơn tiết, phổ thông, thông dụnglàm cơ sở để xây dựng bảng câu thử thính lực lời(BCTTLL) Tiếng Việt.. 2.Xây dựng đượcBCTTLL Tiếng Việt dựa trên cơ sở Ngôn ngữ học (ngữ âm, từ vựng, ngữ pháp Tiếng Việt) và Thính học (quá trình nhận hiểu các tín hiệu lời nói), gồm 100 câu, chia làm 10 nhóm cân bằng về ngữ âm và thính học, mỗi nhóm 10 câu gồm 4 câu âm sắc trung, 3 câu âm sắc thấp và 3 câu âm sắc cao (tỉ lệ 4-3-3). Mỗi nhóm là một đơn vị độc lập trong đo tính thính lực lời. Nguồn âm mẫu BCTTLLTiếng Việt được ghi âm trên đĩa CD, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn về ngôn ngữ học và thính học; do vậy, sử dụng được nguồn âm mẫu này trong đo tính thính lực lời cho bệnh nhân trong cả nước.. 3. Ứng dụng BCTTLL Tiếng Việt trên Bệnh nhânnghe kém tuổi già chỉ ra ưu điểm của BCTTLL trong việc đánh giá khả năng nghe hiểu trong giao tiếp và đề xuất việc sử dụng BCTTLL để đánh giá hiệu suất của máy trợ thính.. The thesis defines the roles of each Vietnamese syllables’ components (first sound, main sound (vowel), last sound, tone) in creating the timbre (high, medium, low) of syllables. On this basis, this thesis gives the rules to determine the syllable timbre and classify 840 common monosyllables as a basis to build the Vietnamese sentence test.. 2. The Vietnamese sentence test is developed on the basis of linguistics (phonetics, vocabulary, Vietnamese grammar) and audiology (the process of receiving and understanding of the speech signals), consisted of 100 sentences, divided into 10 groups that are phonetic and audiologists balance, each group consists of 10 questions: 4 sentences in medium timbre, 3 sentences in low timbre and 3 sentences in high timbre (4-3-3 ratio). Each group is an independent unit in measuring hearing ability. Vietnamese sentence test sample sound source is recorded on CD, ensure the standards of linguistics and audiology.
