Nhận xét kết quả phẫu thuật Crossen trong điều trị sa sinh dục tại Bệnh viện Phụ Sản Trung Ương năm 2023

Abstract

Mục tiêu: Nhận xét đặc điểm lâm sàng và kết quả phẫu thuật Crossen trong điều trị sa sinh dục tại Bệnh viện Phụ Sản Trung ương năm 2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả hồi cứu trên 87 bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật Crossen tại Bệnh viện Phụ Sản Trung ương từ 01/2023 tới 12/2023. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình là 64,6 ± 6,7 tuổi. Thời gian phẫu thuật trung bình là 52,33±14,97 phút. Không tai biến trong mổ. Tỷ lệ tai biến sau mổ là 3,4%. Thời gian hậu phẫu trung bình là 4,36 ± 0,8 ngày. Kết luận: Kết quả sau mổ tốt. ELUVATION RESULTS OF CROSSEN METHOD ON TREATMENT OF PROLAPSUSAT THE NATIONAL HOSPITAL OF OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY IN 2023 ABSTRACT Objective: To describe clinical characteristics and results of Crossen surgery in the treatment of prolapsus at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2023. Subjects and methods: A descriptive retrospective study on 87 patients who underwent Crossen surgery at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology from January 2023 to December 2023. Results: Mean age was 64.6 ± 6.7 years. The average surgery time was 52.33 ± 14.97 minutes. There were no intraoperative complications. The rate of postoperative complications was 3.4%. The mean recovery time was 4.36 ± 0.8 days. Conclusion: Surgical results was good.
