Nghiên cứu đặc điểm hội chứng chuyển hóa ở bệnh nhân tâm thần phân liệt thể paranoid điều trị bằng olanzapin và hiệu quả dự phòng của metformin

Abstract

- Olanzapin là một thuốc an thần kinh có liên quan hội chứng chuyển hóa ở mức độ cao, sau 12 tuần điều trị ở bệnh nhân tâm thần phân liệt thể paranoid là tăng cân là 5,65 kg, tăng chỉ số BMI là 2,24kg/m2, vòng eo tăng lên là 7,28 cm, tỉ lệ tăng cân ≥7% sau 12 tuần là 73,1%. Hội chứng chuyển hóa gặp ở nhóm điều trị bằng olanzapin là 5,8%, trong đó triệu chứng tăng triglyceride gặp ở 42,3%, giảm HDL-cholesterol gặp ở 30,8% bệnh nhân, tăng vòng eo chiếm tỉ lệ 21,15%, glucose máu chiếm 19,2%, huyết áp chiếm tỉ lệ 7,7%.
