Những kết luận mới của luận án:

1. Nghiên cứu đã đưa ra bức tranh toàn diện về suy tủy xương toàn bộ ở trẻ em tại bệnh viện Nhi

Trung ương trong 10 năm (2008-2018) và kết quả điều trị bằng phương pháp ức chế miễn dịch

phối hợp Antithymocyte Globuline và Cyclosporine A cho các bệnh nhi suy tủy xương chưa rõ

nguyên nhân không có khả năng ghép tế bào gốc tạo máu.

2. Nghiên cứu cho thấy phương pháp điều trị suy tủy xương bằng thuốc ức chế miễn dịch phối hợp

Antithymocyte Globuline và Cyclosporine A là khả thi, cho kết quả tương tự với các nghiên cứu trên

thế giới, đưa ra khuyến cáo áp dụng phác đồ Antithymocyte Globuline và Cyclosporine A để đạt

hiệu quả đáp ứng cao, giảm tỷ lệ tái phát và nên được áp dụng cho bệnh nhi suy tủy xương chưa

rõ nguyên nhân càng sớm càng tốt.

- The study has provided a comprehensive picture of aplastic anemia in children at the National

Children’s Hospital for 10 years (2008-2018) and the results of immunosuppression therapy with

Antithymocyte globuline and Cyclosporine A combination for pediatric patients diagnosed with

aplastic anemia but unable to receive hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

- The study shows that the treatment of aplastic anemia by combining Antithymocyte globuline and

Cyclosporine A is feasible, which has given similar results with other studies in the world. Therefore,

It is recommended that Antithymocyte globuline and Cyclosporine A regimen should be applied to

achieve high response efficiency, to reduce the relapse rate and it should also be applied to pediatric

patients as soon as possible.
