Kết quả thẩm định cho thấy quy trình kỹ thuật định lượng steroid niệu bằng GC/MS xây dựng được là chính xác và xác thực, có thể áp dụng trong thực hành hoá sinh lâm sàng phục vụ chẩn đoán và theo dõi điều trị bệnh.. 2. Thiết lập được khoảng tham chiếu steroid niệu đặc hiệu với phương pháp được thẩm định cho trẻ em từ sơ sinh đến ≤ 11 tuổi, giúp phân tích diễn giải kết quả phân tích steroid niệu.. 3. New conclusions of the dissertation:. 1. Development and validation of the urine steroid metabolome profiling by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry were performed. The results showed this method was accurate, precise and can be applied to the routine diagnosis and treatment monitoring of patients with congenital disorders of steroidogenesis due to various enzyme defects.. 2. The specific reference intervals for urinary steroid profiling of children from newborn to ≤ 11 years old were established. This is a basis for quantitative interpretation of steroid profiles.. 3. The urine steroid metabolome profiling is useful tool to asses disorders of steroidogenesis.
