Abstract

Những kết luận mới của luận án:. Đây là công trình khoa học đầu tiên tại Việt Nam đánh giá kết quả của phương pháp đặt stent phủ thuốc không polymer - BioFreedom trên bệnh nhân bệnh động mạch vành (ĐMV) có chỉ định can thiệp qua da.. Kết quả của nghiên cứu cho thấy can thiệp ĐMV bằng stent BioFreedom là phương pháp điều trị bệnh ĐMV có kết quả khả quan với tỷ lệ thành công cao (95,4% về mặt thủ thuật và 96,2% về mặt kỹ thuật) và tương đương ở hai nhóm nguy cơ xuất huyết cao & không cao.. Đánh giá được kết quả can thiệp bệnh nhân bệnh ĐMV bằng stent BioFreedom theo thời gian tại thời điểm 12 tháng, 24 tháng về các biến cố tim mạch chính (tử vong tim mạch, đột quỵ, nhồi máu cơ tim không tử vong, tái thông mạch đích), tái hẹp có ý nghĩa cũng như tỷ lệ huyết khối muộn, rất muộn trong stent.. Tìm hiểu được một số yếu tố có ảnh hưởng thực sự độc lập cũng như ảnh hưởng có ý nghĩa thống kê đến kết quả can thiệp (bao gồm biến cố tim mạch chính và biến cố tái hẹp trong stent) bằng stent BioFreedom

New conclusions of the thesis:. This is the first study in Vietnam evaluating the result of using non-polymer drug-eluting stent (BioFreedom) on coronary artery disease patients indicated with percutaneous coronary intervention.Our study demonstrates the effectiveness of BioFreedom stent in treating coronary artery disease with a high success rate (95,4% technically and 96,2% procedurally) in both groups of high and low bleeding risk.Assessing the intervention result of BioFreedom stent at 12 and 24 months post-intervention in term of major cardiovascular event (cardiovascular death, stroke, non-fatal myocardial infarction, target vessel revascularization), significant restenosis as well as late and very late in-stent thrombosisDetermining several factors affecting independently the intervention outcome using BioFreedom stent (consist of major cardiovascular event and stent restenosis) with statistical significance
