Những kết luận mới của luận án: . - Luận án đã cung cấp đặc điểm dịch tễ, lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và tính cấp thiết cần điều trị sớm bệnh đảo gốc động mạch tại Việt nam.. - Luận án đã thu được can thiệp phá vách liên nhĩ bằng bóng là phương pháp điều trị tạm thời bệnh đảo gốc động mạch có hiệu quả cao và phát hiện 2 yếu tố SaO2 sau phá vách 6 giờ và đường kính thông liên nhĩ sau phá vách có giá trị đánh giá sớm kết quả điều trị can thiệp phá vách liên nhĩ.. - Luận án đã thu được kết quả sớm của phẫu thuật chuyển gốc động mạch có tỉ lệ sống cao, bệnh nhân phát triển tốt sau phẫu thuật và phát hiện 4 yếu tố có liên quan đến tiên lượng kết quả phẫu thuật là: LVPWd trước mổ, thời gian THNCT, chỉ số VIS sau mổ 24 giờ và nồng độ Lactate máu sau mổ 12 giờ . The new conclusions of the thesis:. - The dissertation has provided epidemiological, clinical and subclinical characteristics and urgency for the early treatment of transposition of the greatarteries in Vietnam.. - The thesis has found that the balloon atrial septostomy is a highly temporary effective method of treating the transposition of the great arteries and discovered two factors SaO2 after 6 hour of the procedure and the sizing of the atrial septal defects are valuable in evaluating early results of atrial septostomy.. - The thesis has proved early results of the arterial switch operation with high survival rates, the patients developed well after surgery and detected 4 factors related to surgical outcome prognosis: preoperation LVPWd, CPB time, VIS 24h post operation and Lactate blood level 12h post operation..
