Abstract

THÔNG TIN TÓM TẮT VỀ NHỮNG KẾT LUẬN MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN TIẾN SỸ. Tóm tắt những kết luận mới của luận án. Luận án vừa mang tính nhân văn đồng thời mang tính thực tiễn và khoa học cao. Mục đích của luận án nhằm đánh giá một mô hình hay nói đúng hơn là một qui trình lấy, bảo quản, ghép thận từ người cho chết não tại bệnh viện Việt Đức. Trong khoảng thời gian ngắn từ tháng 5/2010 đến tháng 12/2013 với số lượng 20 BN chết não hiến tạng và ghép thận 38 trường hợp , luận án có 1 số đóng góp như sau:. Luận áp đã góp phần chuẩn hóa lại qui trình lấy đa tạng, và ghép thận từ người cho chết não. Các tiêu chuẩn nghiên cứu đưa ra đầy đủ, cụ thể khoa học cập nhật những phương tiện nghiên cứu hiện đại đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.. Luận án thể hiện kết quả thu được khách quan, theo dõi tỉ mỉ chi tiết từ kết quả gần đến kết quả lâu dài. Đây là tư liệu tốt để các trung tâm ghép tạng trong cả nước tham chiếu. Kết quả lấy thận tốt đạt 97.37%. Chức năng thận hồi phụ sớm 35/38 ghép thận : 92.10%. Thời gian theo dõi thời gian theo dõi dài nhất là ngắn nhất là 3 tháng, nhiều nhất là 43 tháng. Creatinin máu sau 6 tháng là: 115.58±25.06 µmol/l, sau 1 năm:122.8±33.1 µmol/l. Kết quả thận hoạt động tốt sau 3 năm ghép đạt :89.48%.. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã mở ra một hướng mới cho việc cung cấp nguồn tạng ghép, và đặc biệt có thêm sự lựa chọn cho những BN suy thận mạn có chỉ định ghép.. T
