Nhu cầu đào tạo liên tục về xử trí một số bệnh không lây nhiễm của cán bộ y tế xã tỉnh Hòa Bình và thử nghiệm giải pháp can thiệp

Abstract

Những kết luận mới của đề tài:. Nhu cầu đào tạo liên tục của cán bộ y tế xã tỉnh Hòa Bình về xử trí tăng huyết áp (THA) và đái tháo đường (ĐTĐ): Nhu cầu đào tạo liên tục của CBYT xã về kiến thức trong xử trí THA và ĐTĐ rất cao (Tỉ lệ CBYT xã có kiến thức đạt về xử trí ĐTĐ chỉ chiếm 9,7% và THA là 30,8%); CBYT xã có nhu cầu đào tạo ở mức cao về 6 kỹ năng trong xử trí THA và 7 kỹ năng trong xử trí ĐTĐ; Chỉ 1/3 CBYT có thái độ đạt so với mong đợi.. Phát triển và đánh giá hiệu quả chương trình đào tạo liên tục: Đánh giá hiệu quả sau can thiệp cho thấy: Phản hồi chung về khóa học: 100% CBYT đồng ý, rất đồng ý khóa học đạt mục tiêu và đạt kết quả tốt. Kiến thức đạt chung về xử trí THA của CBYT sau can thiệp (72,8%) tăng hơn so với trước can thiệp (25,9%). Kiến thức đạt chung về xử trí ĐTĐ của CBYT sau can thiệp (67,5%) cao hơn so với trước can thiệp (10%). Tỷ lệ CBYT xã có thái độ đạt vể xử trí THA và ĐTĐ sau can thiệp được cải thiện rõ rệt so với trước can thiệp, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê.. Những vấn đề khoa học và kỹ thuật đã được giải quyết, ý nghĩa khoa học và thực tiễn: CBYT xã tỉnh Hòa Bình có nhu cầu đào tạo liên tục cao về xử trí THA và ĐTĐ. Phát triển chương trình và tài liệu đào tạo liên tục được xây dựng dựa trên nhu cầu và được đánh giá có hiệu quả. Trên cơ sở đó Sở Y tế tỉnh Hòa Bình ban hành áp dụng là tài liệu tham khảo cho đào tạo liên tục trong tất cả các cơ sở y tế trong địa bàn tỉnh..
