Những kết luận mới của luận án:. - Đánh giá được tiêu chí chiều cao của răng trụ để kết hợp với khớp nối Preci.. + Khớp nối Preci là một thiết bị cơ khí có tác dụng duy trì và ổn định hàm giả. Lưu giữ của hàm khung bằng khớp nối Preci là kiểu lưu giữ trực tiếp có nhiều ưu điểm so với lưu giữ bởi móc. Chiều cao của răng trụ mang khớp nối Preci Vertix 3-5mm, chiều cao của răng trụ mang khớp nối Preci Clix từ trên 5mm. Răng trụ mang khớp nối phải là răng nanh, nhóm răng hàm có trục răng thẳng, tỷ lệ thân răng/ chân răng <1. - Hiệu quả phục hình hàm khung có kết hợp khớp nối Preci trên bệnh nhân mất răng Kennedy I và II:. +Kết quả điều trị ngay sau khi lắp hàm có khả năng lưu giữ tốt chiếm 96,9%, hiệu quả thẩm mỹ tốt đạt 93,8%, sự hài lòng của bệnh nhân với hàm khung chiếm 97%, hiệu quả ăn nhai tốt đạt 86,5%.. - Các tổn thương răng trụ sau thời gian mang hàm khung và đánh giá được sự ảnh hưởng của hàm khung đến tình trạng tiêu xương vùng sống hàm:. +Sau 18 tháng theo dõi có 89,3% răng trụ mang khớp nối không tăng độ lung lay, 10,7% răng trụ xuất hiện tiêu xương phía xa.. + Tiêu xương vùng sống hàm mất răng do ảnh hưởng của hàm khung sau 18 tháng: giảm chiều cao vùng sống dưới 1mm chiếm 42,9%, giảm chiều ngang vùng sống hàm dưới 1mm chiếm 61,5%, có 7,4% giảm chiều cao và chiều ngang vùng sống hàm mất răng>2mm.. An attachment is a mechanical device, other than a clasp assembly[Office1], that functions as a direct retainer to retain and stabilize the denture. Abutment teeth carrying Preci Vertix attachments are 3-5 mm high, while abutment teeth carrying Preci Clix attachments are above 5mm high. Abutment teeth must be canines, premolars or molars, the long axis of abutment teeth is straight, with the ratio of the length of the abutment teeth to that of its root being less than 1.. - Defining the effectiveness of the removable partial denture with Preci attachments for patients suffering from Kennedy classifications I and II. 96,9% of patients show good retention, 86,5% perform well chewing functions and 97% of patients have satisfactory-good aesthetic beauty.. - Defining the damages to abutment teeth after 18 months of using a removable partial denture, 89,3% abutment teeth have not increased the mobility at the degree level, 10.7% of the abutment teeth show bone resorption. - Evaluating the effect of the removable partial denture on the bone resorption of the dental arch after 18 months: 7.4% of dentures caused the bone resorption of the dental arch at the level of above 2mm, which required denture liners.
